Real estate developer Abhishek
The Mumbai based duo attended school together ,and their story is a natural progression of
friendship turning into love . After a year of dating ,Abhishek surprised his lady love by whisking
her off to Lapland and popping the question in the middle of the arctic circle while chasing the
northern lights .

The couple wanted a palace wedding close to home ,so that their closest friends and family could
be a part of the celebrations without the hassle of extensive travelling .

Says Bride – “we wanted our wedding to be like one big holiday ,and that’s exactly what my
wedding designer offered us . Priyancka helped me to have multiple venues .so we could
highlight different areas of the grand property for each of our functions .”

Day1 – Fiesta themed welcome lunch followed by Egyptian themed sangeet night

Day 2 -day time pheras followed by ‘a night to remember ‘ cocktail party

The couple decided to tap into the grandiosity of the venue by hosting Egyptian themed sangeet on the hotel’s private beach with palace serving as an impressive backdrop . Says a wedding planner .

It was the bride opting for her very own groovy BARAT in place of a coy Doli that really caught
everyon’s attention .
